Guidelines for Operation at GCMB
Our Constitution and Bylaws provide the guiding framework for how Grace Church Monterey Bay is organized, governed, and led. They clarify the responsibilities of our leaders and members, establish processes for decision-making, and help us pursue faithfulness, order, and unity as a church.
We are currently revising these documents to better reflect an elder-led, congregationally ruled model of church governance. Under this model, the elders provide spiritual leadership and oversight while the congregation retains final responsibility in key matters of church life.
